Dispatch and Delivery:ConsoleUp.com has made shipping quick and affordable for people in all locations and for all products. For your convenience we offer multiple shipping methods that vary both in price and delivery time. Royal Mail First Class delivery is the cheapest method which has an estimated receipt period of 1-2 working days after you have placed your order to all UK destinations; Recorded Delivery is our minimum recommended delivery method and it allows you to sign for your package, but neither of these two options is tracked properly. The quickest and most secure option is Royal Mail Special Delivery - with guaranteed Next Day delivery before 1pm, again for all UK destinations. For international customers outside the UK we offer the standard Royal Mail International Airmail service.
Package is Damaged or Missing:
Shipping damage and lost packages must be claimed to the shipping carrier at the time of delivery. If some items are missing, it needs to be reported to ConsoleUp.com within 48 hours. If the damaged or missing items are not reported to ConsoleUp.com within the 48 hour period from the posted time of delivery, there is unfortunately nothing we can do.
ConsoleUp.com Backorder Policy:
The product you have ordered is currently unavailable at any of our warehouse locations. This item may not have been available either when you ordered it originally or another customer's order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. We apologize for this inconvenience. Many backordered items are restocked within 1 - 7 days. With that in mind, we will keep your order open and do our best to ship the item you ordered. If you would like to cancel your order, you must get the confirmation of the cancellation through our support system, cancellation fees will not be applied.
ConsoleUp.com Pre-Order Policy:
The product you have ordered is currently unavailable at any of our shipping locations, this is due to it being a pre-order item in which you are putting yourself on a waiting list for the item when it is ready to ship.. This is usually done on popular items on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you place the "Pre-Order" you are reserving your "spot" in line for that particular item. If you wish to cancel a pre-order, you must contact us and state you wish to cancel the order. Remember doing so will lose your spot in the waiting queue. You will NOT be charged a cancellation or re-stocking fee on any Pre-Order product cancellations.
