Delivery FAQ

Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when you placed your order. While we strive for Same Day despatch, this will usually only apply to orders placed before 3pm GMT, or 4pm GMT with orders placed via DHL.

We offer the following delivery methods:

Express delivery : Europe This method of delivery allows you to receive your package within 2 days with DHL Express within mainland Europe. When you place your order before 3pm, it will be handled the on same day if the product was indicated as being in stock on the site. The shipping fees for this option will depend on the articles selected.

AirSure Tracked : Europe This method of delivery allows you to receive your package within 3 - 5 days within mainland Europe. You will also receive a tracking number via email that will be sent to you on despatch of your package. When you place your order before 3pm, it will be handled the on same day if the product was indicated as being in stock on the site. The shipping fees for this option will depend on the articles selected.

Airmail : Europe This delivery method allows you to receive your package within 4 - 7 days within mainland Europe. You will also NOT receive a tracking number for this service. When you place your order before 3pm, it will be handled the on same day if the product was indicated as being in stock on the site. The shipping fees for this option will depend on the articles selected.

ConsoleUp offers 3 delivery methods in the UK:

 

Express delivery : UK This method of delivery allows you to receive your package in 1 business day with Royal Mail's Next Day service. When you place your order before 3pm, it will be handled the on same day if the product was indicated as being in stock on the site. The shipping fees for this option will depend on the articles selected.

Please note that, this does not guarantee a weekend delivery. If your order is placed on a Friday it MAY be delivered to you on the following Monday provided that your product is in stock at our warehouse.

Tracked Delivery : UK

This choice of delivery will allow you to receive your package in 2 - 3 days by Royal Mail. You will also be able to track your package with the online tracking number provided to you via email on despatch. When you place your order before 3pm, it will be handled the same day if the product was indicated as being in stock on the site. The shipping fees for this option will depend on the articles selected.

Standard Delivery : UK

This choice of delivery will allow you to receive your package in 2 - 3 days by Royal Mail. You will NOT receive a tracking number for this service. When you place your order before 3pm, it will be handled the same day if the product was indicated as being in stock on the site. The shipping fees for this option will depend on the articles selected.

ConsoleUp does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God.

 

In the event where you do not receive your package in the indicated time frame, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim (e.g. 7 days with Royal Mail / DHL). During this period, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.

Stock Availability

Please note that we will honour your order while stock is available.

In the event where one of the products ordered is not in stock, we will contact you in less than 15 days as of your order date to inform you how long it will be before we are able to deliver the product.

If there are certain products that are temporarily unavailable, we will send the available products and will pay the shipping fees for the rest of the order. We will offer you a replacement for an unavailable product, a product of equal price and quality.

If you choose to refuse, we will reimburse the unavailable product. If you wish to return it to us in the conditions outlined in the article detailing: "Satisfaction, or your money back", the fees will be covered by us.

Satisfaction, or your money back

ConsoleUp allows you 14 working days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of retraction starts from the moment your order is received. You can return the product within this time period, at your own expense, accompanied by your invoice and a completed and signed return RMA number obtained from email when you submit a Returns Ticket.

We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is notably necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the customer's responsibility.

The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.). Any product that has been damaged, or is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.

All photos stored on a digital support (memory card, hard drive etc.) and sent back to ConsoleUp by the User will not be preserved. The deadlines mentioned above are effective as of the date of receipt of the order. You can fill in your returns details in your MY ACCOUNT area on the Site.

For reimbursements:

 

  • If the product is returned within 7 working days of its delivery, the User will be reimbursed by bank transfer if payment was made by bank card, or by cheque in other cases.

    If tests need to be carried out on the product, in the framework of the right of retraction, ConsoleUp will do its best to reimburse the User as quickly as possible. This time period will depend on the nature of the technical tests performed by the After-Sales Service of your products manufacturer, for a maximum period of 3 weeks.

     

  • If the product is returned between the 8th and 14th working day after purchase: you will be refunded in the form of gift vouchers.

Returns FAQ

Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you verify your products with the order that you placed with us and if necessary, write any anomalies that may have occurred on the delivery voucher, not forgetting to sign it.

Without prejudice and with respect to the applicable legal guarantees, we recommend that you address any reservations you may have pertaining to malfunctioning products on the date of delivery as quickly as possible by submitting a SUPPORT TICKET to the site, stating the full reason for the Return. You will receive an automated reply email that will give you exact instructions to follow. If you do not receive this email, please manually allow all messages from ConsoleUp and check your spam folder.

Returned products can only be accepted for products in their original state, notably with respect to their packaging, accessories and manuals.In the event of non-conformity of the product purchased, the User will have the choice between repair and replacement of the product, except if the desired option has an associated cost that is manifestly disproportionate to the alternative.

We would like to inform you that a delay of 24 hours is possible for delivery of your order. In fact, for security reasons, all orders paid by bank card are verified by ConsoleUp. Complementary information may be requested, or demanded, in order to validate your purchase. By consequence, and in trying to avoid any delay, when you place your order please enter the following:

  • A professional or paid-for e-mail address
  • A land line telephone number (work or home) where you can be reached at any time of the day

Furthermore, for any order above the amount established by ConsoleUp, a piece of ID as well as proof of address will be requested and should be sent via fax, Post, or e-mail. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause; however, these measures are taken to protect our clients from possible fraud associated with bank cards.

ConsoleUp does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.

If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that you order an item and the price published on the Site is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at this price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price. We shall give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or if you so choose, to cancel the order altogether. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount in accordance with these Terms.

ConsoleUp will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, ConsoleUp shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify ConsoleUp of the problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation e-mail within 10 working days of delivery of the goods. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

You and ConsoleUp will only be liable under these Terms for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of the relevant breach of contract.

The products sold on the Site are provided for private domestic and consumer use only. Accordingly, ConsoleUp do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the Site or for any products or services purchased from ConsoleUp.

All electrical products are covered by a twelve month manufacturer's warranty. If your product develops a fault while under warranty, please contact ConsoleUp and we will advise you where to send it for repair. It is a "return to base" warranty therefore there will be a delivery charge to return the product back to the relevant UK service centre.

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and Consoleup.com until Consoleup.com dispatches the product(s) ordered. We will confirm that the product(s) have been dispatched by a confirmation email. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Consoleup.com of your offer to buy goods from Consoleup.com or a third party supplier that is engaged on your behalf by Consoleup.com (whether or not you receive that e-mail).

You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.

This confirmatory e-mail will contain all relevant statutory information concerning your contract.

The confirmatory e-mail will also contain a link to these terms and conditions, and may be amended in accordance with paragraph 43 below from time to time.

You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.

ConsoleUp will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party except where an additional security check may be deemed necessary. We shall be entitled to process your data in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy. Please view this document for further information.

You undertake that all details you provide to ConsoleUp for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

You must choose a username and password on completion of registration. You are responsible for all actions taken under that username and password and shall only use the Site under your own username and password. You must make every effort to keep your password safe and should not disclose it to anyone. If it is compromised, you must change it. You may not transfer or sell your username to anyone, nor permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone to use your username or password.

If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform ConsoleUp as soon as possible.

All purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable except at ConsoleUp's discretion.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. We can accept cancellations by submission of a cancellation request ticket to our support centre. You may also withdraw from the contract at any time after the product has been dispatched and you have received our email confirming your order but no later than 14 working days after the day after you receive the product by:

1. Sending the notice of cancellation by ticket to ConsoleUp ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number; or

2. Where you have already received the goods, returning the goods to ConsoleUp unopened together with the original invoice. ConsoleUp will refund you the purchase price of the goods.

 

Once ConsoleUp receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms), any sum debited to ConsoleUp from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by ConsoleUp in the condition that they were in when delivered to you. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to ConsoleUp.

ConsoleUp reserves the right to make a 15% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in mint condition or to refuse to accept such goods, at its sole discretion. ConsoleUp also reserves the right to make a charge for collecting goods from your premises in circumstances where they are not defective but you have cancelled your order. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Registered users are permitted to post reviews on products provided that they comply with our Customer Review Guidelines.

You acknowledge that any review, feedback or rating which you leave may be published and agree that it may be displayed for as long as we consider appropriate and that the content may be syndicated to other ConsoleUp sites and publications.
